The form of the apartments is the same in all cases, a small footprint developed into a ground floor and two upper floors, with garages, designated for long-stay rental use for periods of no more than 18 months, to residents of a municipality which has a high level of foreign population and new arrivals to Spain. In this particular case the owner selected Bahia Sur Hotels exlusively for rentals and rental marketing. The complex already has 6 years of operation with good profits.
